To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have a successful track record of building out highly reliable SaaS environments; while health care experience can be helpful, we are open to the insight a "fresh set of eyes" can bring. You will need a strong understanding of current SaaS and hosted services technology, experience managing budgets and P&Ls, and the leadership abilities to drive results across functional boundaries and organizational levels. We're looking for an effective administrator with a credible and professional presence, high integrity, and influencing skills that quickly establish credibility throughout the organization.

You will report to the Vice President of Operations and to the Senior Vice President of Product Development. The SaaS organization you'll take over currently has 14 and we expect that number to double over the next six months or so. The SaaS team includes Application Administrators, Application Support, Systems Engineers, Network Engineers and Database Administrators who implement, manage and maintain our SaaS and hosting platforms.

Right off the bat your key objectives will include: You and your team will consult with product owners on business models, set-up and running costs, etc., work with Product Development and Solutions Management to define new products, and define service level options and objectives. You also will support customer implementations, including application provisioning and administrative setup. Your day-to-day operational management objectives will include leading the team to:
